Okay, out with the hummous and in with the ANGER!
As a little background: my school has decided to follow the 'Blue-Sky Thinking' trend and install this new system called 'Vertical Tutoring'. Basically, instead of there being 'years' (Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, etc.) there are 'Colleges' and in each 'College' there are a selection of forms. Each of these forms, in strict Vertical Tutoring, has four Year 7's, Year 8's, Year 9's, etc. all the way up to Years 12 & 13 (Sixth Form).
Though the management in my school (They call themselves the 'Leadership Team', but they're really just management) have decided to go with the 'two-tier' approach to Vertical Tutoring -- whereby the Sixth Form are segregated and have forms of year 12's and year 13's mashed together -- a LOT of pupils, including my school, are frustrated and highly critical of this idea. Me being me, I got on my angry, ranty horse and wrote this e-mail. Enjoy. :)
